One app instead of ten Most Root communities install a separate app for every job: welcomes, levels, moderation, polls, tickets, games. Each one takes one of your few app slots. OmniRoot does all of these in a single app, set up from one dashboard, and its parts work together: chatting, voting in a poll, playing a chat game or joining an event all count towards daily quests, streaks, badges and the monthly season.

Ready in a minute

Quick setup: pick Gaming, Creator or fan, Study or work, or Just the basics. Choose a language, a welcome channel and a staff log, and OmniRoot switches on sensible defaults. Nothing you already set is removed: quick setup only turns things on. Everything else stays optional: fine-tune each feature later, or turn off what you don’t need.

Welcome new members

Welcome steps inside the app: accept the rules, pick roles, then introduce yourself in a channel you choose. On finishing: give a role, notify your greeting team, and see how many members completed the steps. Messages and roles: welcome and goodbye messages, auto-roles on join, and role menus members use themselves (games, pings, regions…).

A reason to come back every day

Daily quests: three short quests a day, picked only from the features your community uses. A forgiving streak: you earn a shield every 7 days (up to 2), and a shield is spent automatically on a day you miss. Monthly seasons: a season leaderboard where the top 3 earn the Podium badge. Fair by design: season points come only from quests and capped game wins, so spamming never wins. Badges: 28 achievements for chatting, leveling, voice, quests, streaks, games, events and more.

Chat games

Timed questions: trivia, guess the flag, word scramble and quick maths are posted on a timer. The first correct answer wins XP, coins and season points. Channel games: counting and word chain, always on in their own channels. Six languages: questions follow your community’s language, and answers are accepted in any of OmniRoot’s six languages.

Tournaments

Brackets: single-elimination, with sign-ups, random seeding and automatic byes. Results: staff enter each result with one click, and the bracket updates itself. The winner: gets the Champion badge, and a role if you choose one.

Levels and leaderboards

XP: earned from chat and voice, with level-up messages (or quiet level-ups) and reward roles. Boosts: extra XP for chosen roles, channels or weekends. Fair XP: very short messages and copy-pasted repeats earn nothing. Leaderboards: all-time, this month, this week and the season, with profile pictures.

Keep the community safe

Auto-mod: blocked words, invite links, spam, mass mentions and all-caps. Scam protection: catches fake Discord, Steam and Root sites and “free nitro” bait. Suspicious links (shorteners, IP addresses, look-alike domains) can be removed too. Strikes: repeat offenders are kicked or banned automatically. Moderation commands: /warn, /mute, /kick, /ban and /purge. Warnings: they can expire, and the warning limit acts on its own. Records: a full case history and private moderator notes. Raids: moderators are alerted, and the new accounts can be kicked automatically. Lockdown: with one command, only staff can write in a channel, or everywhere. Logs: moderation, members, and edited or deleted messages.

Run the community

Support tickets: a private conversation between a member and your staff, right inside the app. Forms and applications: Your own questions, and a review queue for moderators. Accepting can give a role and take one away. Members are told the result, and wait before applying again after a rejection. Engagement: events with sign-ups and reminders, polls, giveaways, and suggestions members vote on. Reminders and announcements: private reminders, birthday wishes, and scheduled announcements. Custom commands: your own commands, automatic replies and sticky messages. Coins: earned by chatting, a daily reward, and a shop where members buy roles. Alerts: YouTube and RSS feeds, a starboard, and temporary voice channels. Stats and backups: activity numbers (never what people wrote), plus one-click backup and restore.
